September is one of those months when we begin again. We put the grills away; shove the bathing suites back in the drawers; and head to the malls. But as we come in side, let’s go inside, of ourselves. Let’s find out what makes us tick, and determine for ourselves, how we want to define ourselves. I read somewhere that overthinking causes depression. Instead, set a schedule, devise a plan, map out a specific path your our goals. Write it down! Before you know it your every action will be automatically¬†purposeful, bringing you closer to your authentic self. ¬†Live, learn, and spread the word.
